WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR A FIRST TIME CONSULT?

Unfortunately all new clients must consult with Gabriella. The cost is applied towards your take home regimen  & gives you full access to us so we will be there for you whenever you need us!

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Totally up to you! 

We encourage you to decide what you’re comfortable with. Gabriella prefers for each and every client to be on a full regimen curated by her and your skincare specialist. The skin you want is going to be 75% consistent home care & 25% consistent treatments.

Don’t worry at all if you don’t have a high budget, Gabriella & your specialist will always ensure to start you off with products and treatments that fit in your budget.

If you’re prepared to invest in your skin, so are we!

IS IT OK TO WEAR MAKEUP TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We appreciate when our clients show up to their appointment(s) with a natural face, but if you do have makeup on, do not worry, we will remove it!

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TREATMENT TO BOOK?

All new clients must book a consultation so you don’t need to know, we got that part covered! If you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call us so we can make sure you are on the correct skincare path! We do book out far often so we always recommend booking at least 2-4 appointments ahead of time.

SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR PRIOR TO MY HEAD SPA APPOINTMENT?

You may come in as you are! If you prefer to wash your hair before hand, that is fine, but there is no need to, as we perform a deep cleanse of the scalp at the start of your treatment.

CAN I RECEIVE HEAD SPA TREATMENT IF I HAVE EXTENSIONS, BRAIDS, DREADLOCKS, OR A WIG?

It is not suitable for individuals with extensions, braids, or wigs. The massage involved in the treatment is designed to stimulate the scalp, which could potentially disrupt or damage these styles.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We are mainly appointment based but are there everyday but Tuesdays! 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Comfy is always best! If you are coming from a prior engagement, we provide a robe for you to change into.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation/ no-show charge. Cancellation fee varies dependent on service.

A card will be required at the time of booking to hold your appointment,
but will not be charged until day of service. Your information is stored in case of cancellations or failure to make the appointment.

Consultations will be performed for all first time clients before service. If you are not sure what treatment to book please book a consultation so that we can analyze your skin together to pick the best option for your skin. If we are not able to perform the treatment directly after we can book your service for a future appointment.

Same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.

Can I receive a head spa or facial while pregnant?

CAN I RECEIVE A HEAD SPA OR FACIAL TREATMENT WHILE PREGNANT?

Yes! Our products are made with natural, gentle ingredients that are safe for pregnant women.

CAN I WALK IN?

We are mainly appointment based, but YES! Just give us a call first, if we have availability we’ll snag you a spot!

IS THERE PARKING?

Yes, parking is located across the street from us. Lot requires payment by the hour.

DO I LEAVE CLINIC WITH WET HAIR AFTER A HEAD SPA TREATMENT?

It is totally up to the client discretion, we supply a blow dryer post treatment if the client would like to dry their hair afterwards & we supply a complimentary clip for the client to take with them if they would prefer to pin their hair up.
