All new in-person clients begin with a consultation with Gabriella before booking additional services. This allows us to fully assess your skin, scalp, hair concerns, and goals, creating a thoughtful treatment plan tailored specifically to you. For clients we haven’t seen in over a year, we kindly require an updated consultation to ensure your plan evolves alongside your skin and scalp health needs.

During your consultation, you'll complete a detailed client profile which includes a review of your medical history, current medications, skincare routine, haircare routine, and lifestyle factors that may impact your skin and scalp health. From there, your customized treatment plan, homecare recommendations, and product selections are thoughtfully developed in collaboration with Gabriella to ensure every aspect of your care is aligned with your goals.
